Account Deletion

We believe deleting your account should be as straightforward as creating one.

CTRL Anger provides an in-app account deletion option designed to comply with applicable marketplace requirements and applicable privacy laws.

When you request deletion of your account:

• Your request will be processed as promptly as reasonably possible.

• Access to your account will be discontinued.

• Journal entries, Trigger Logs, Accountability Check-Ins, Calm Sessions, Progress Dashboard information, and other personal content associated with your account will be scheduled for deletion from our active systems.

• Certain limited information may be retained if required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, detect fraud, or protect the security and integrity of our Services.

Once deletion has been completed, your information generally cannot be recovered.

If you maintain an active Premium subscription, deleting your CTRL Anger account does not automatically cancel your subscription through Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscription management must be completed through the applicable marketplace in accordance with its policies.

Children's Privacy

CTRL Anger is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age unless otherwise permitted by applicable law or used with appropriate parental or legal guardian involvement.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child in a manner inconsistent with applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information as promptly as practicable.
