Welcome to CTRL Anger™, a product developed and operated by Dempsey Technologies ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

Thank you for choosing CTRL Anger.

These Terms of Use & User Agreement ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the CTRL Anger mobile application, website, premium services, AI-supported features, educational content, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the Services.

Our Shared Commitment

CTRL Anger was created to help people develop healthier emotional awareness, stronger self-control, and more intentional responses through education, guided reflection, and evidence-informed emotional regulation tools.

We believe emotional growth begins with responsibility.

By choosing to use CTRL Anger, you become part of a community committed to learning, self-reflection, personal accountability, and respectful engagement.

We ask every member to use CTRL Anger honestly, responsibly, and in ways that support personal growth while respecting the rights, privacy, and dignity of others.

This shared commitment helps create an experience built on trust, integrity, and mutual respect.

Eligibility

To use CTRL Anger, you must:

• Be at least eighteen (18) years of age, unless otherwise permitted by applicable law or authorized by a parent or legal guardian.

• Have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

• Comply with all applicable laws while using the Services.

• Provide accurate and truthful account information.

By using CTRL Anger, you represent that you satisfy these eligibility requirements.

Your Account

Certain features require you to create a personal account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.

• Keep your information current.

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access to your account.

• Accept responsibility for activities occurring under your account unless prohibited by applicable law.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account credentials.

Acceptable Use

CTRL Anger is designed to support emotional wellness through educational and self-guided tools.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other accounts.

• Interfere with the operation, security, or functionality of the Services.

• Introduce malicious software, viruses, or harmful code.

• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or collect data without authorization.

• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person.

• Use CTRL Anger to harass, threaten, intimidate, exploit, or harm others.

• Upload content that violates another person's legal rights.

• Circumvent subscription features or security protections.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by applicable law.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected misuse of the Services and take appropriate action when necessary to protect our members and platform.

Member Responsibilities

As a member of CTRL Anger, you are responsible for how you use the Services.

You agree to:

• Use the educational tools thoughtfully and responsibly.

• Exercise your own judgment when making personal decisions.

• Seek qualified professional assistance when appropriate.

• Maintain respectful interactions with customer support and other members, if community features are introduced.

• Keep your account information accurate.

• Review updates to our policies as they become available.

Your participation plays an important role in maintaining a positive and trustworthy experience for everyone.

Educational Purpose

CTRL Anger provides educational content, guided exercises, self-reflection tools, and evidence-informed emotional regulation resources.

The Services are intended to support learning, personal development, and emotional wellness.

The Services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.

Information provided through CTRL Anger should not be interpreted as individualized psychological, psychiatric, medical, legal, financial, or professional advice.

No Therapist–Client Relationship

Although CTRL Anger was developed with professional behavioral health expertise, your use of the Services does not establish a therapist-client, counselor-client, physician-patient, attorney-client, or other professional relationship with Dempsey Technologies, its employees, contractors, affiliates, or representatives.

Using CTRL Anger does not create confidentiality protections associated with a therapeutic relationship.

If you are seeking individualized mental health treatment, we encourage you to contact a qualified licensed mental health professional in your area.

Emergencies

CTRL Anger is not intended for use during emergencies.

Do not rely on the Services if you or another person is experiencing:

• Thoughts of suicide or self-harm.

• Thoughts of harming another person.

• A medical emergency.

• A psychiatric emergency.

• Domestic violence requiring immediate assistance.

• Any situation requiring immediate intervention.

If you believe you are experiencing an emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately or seek assistance from a qualified emergency responder.

Availability of Services

We strive to keep CTRL Anger available, reliable, and continually improving.

However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

From time to time, the Services may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Maintenance.

• Security updates.

• Technical issues.

• System improvements.

• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We appreciate your patience as we continue improving the platform.

Premium Membership

CTRL Anger offers both free and premium experiences.

Premium Membership provides access to enhanced educational resources, advanced tools, additional features, and future premium experiences that may be introduced from time to time.

Premium subscriptions are offered through authorized marketplace providers, including Apple App Store and Google Play.

Subscription pricing, billing cycles, renewal terms, cancellation options, and refund policies are governed by the applicable marketplace.

Your Premium Membership will remain active until cancelled in accordance with the policies of your subscription provider.

Deleting your CTRL Anger account does not automatically cancel your marketplace subscription.

Future Features

As CTRL Anger continues to grow, Premium Membership may include additional features such as:

• Expanded educational content

• Advanced progress insights

• Personalized learning experiences

• Enhanced AI-supported coaching

• Guided emotional regulation programs

• Exclusive member resources

• Future digital products and companion services

Feature availability may change as the Services continue to evolve.

Intellectual Property

CTRL Anger represents years of professional expertise, research, design, and product development.

Unless otherwise indicated, all content available through the Services is owned by or licensed to Dempsey Technologies and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Michael™

• Logos

• Trademarks

• Branding

• Educational content

• Worksheets

• Guided exercises

• Videos

• Audio content

• Written materials

• Graphics

• Icons

• User interface designs

• Software

• Source code

• Databases

• Emotional regulation frameworks

• Learning pathways

• Premium content

• Future platform enhancements

Your use of the Services does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.

Limited License

Subject to this Agreement, Dempsey Technologies grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use CTRL Anger for your individual, non-commercial use.

You may not:

• Copy substantial portions of our educational content.

• Redistribute Premium materials.

• Sell or license our content.

• Modify or create derivative works from protected materials.

• Remove copyright or trademark notices.

• Use CTRL Anger branding without written permission.

Any rights not expressly granted remain reserved by Dempsey Technologies.

Member Content

You retain ownership of the personal information and content you create within CTRL Anger, including:

• Journal entries

• Trigger Logs

• Accountability Check-Ins

• Calm Session records

• Personal reflections

• Goals

• Notes

• Responses entered during educational exercises

By submitting content through CTRL Anger, you grant Dempsey Technologies a limited license to store, process, display, and use that content solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, securing, and improving the Services in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not claim ownership of your personal reflections.

Feedback and Suggestions

We genuinely welcome ideas from our members.

If you choose to submit suggestions, feature requests, product feedback, or other recommendations, you acknowledge that Dempsey Technologies may use those ideas without restriction or obligation to provide compensation.

This allows us to continually improve CTRL Anger for the benefit of all members.

Michael™ AI

Michael™ is an AI-supported educational feature designed to encourage self-reflection, reinforce emotional regulation skills, and provide evidence-informed guidance.

Michael is intended to support—not replace—your own judgment and decision-making.

Michael does not:

• Diagnose mental health conditions.

• Provide medical advice.

• Provide legal advice.

• Replace licensed therapy.

• Replace emergency services.

• Guarantee outcomes.

AI-generated responses may occasionally contain inaccuracies or misunderstand context.

You remain responsible for evaluating how you choose to use information provided by Michael.

Third-Party Services

CTRL Anger may integrate with or provide access to third-party services, including payment processors, authentication providers, analytics providers, cloud infrastructure, customer support tools, and future integrations.

These third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Dempsey Technologies is not responsible for the practices, policies, or content of independent third-party providers.

We encourage members to review applicable third-party terms before using integrated services.

Beta Features

From time to time, Dempsey Technologies may invite members to test new or experimental features.

Beta features are provided "as available" and may contain bugs, interruptions, or incomplete functionality.

Your participation in beta testing helps improve CTRL Anger for future releases.

We appreciate your willingness to provide thoughtful feedback as we continue building the platform.

Suspension and Termination

We hope never to restrict access to CTRL Anger.

However, to protect our members, platform, and intellectual property, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe a member has:

• Violated this Agreement.

• Misused the Services.

• Attempted unauthorized access.

• Interfered with system security.

• Used CTRL Anger for unlawful purposes.

• Infringed upon intellectual property rights.

• Engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct.

Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve issues before taking action.

Nothing in this Agreement limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

Protecting the Integrity of CTRL Anger

CTRL Anger exists to help people grow.

Every improvement, educational resource, technological advancement, and new feature reflects our commitment to responsible innovation and meaningful behavioral change.

We ask every member to help preserve the integrity of the platform by using the Services responsibly, honestly, and in accordance with these Terms.

Together, we can continue building a community centered on emotional growth, respect, and accountability.

Disclaimer of Warranties

CTRL Anger is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

While Dempsey Technologies is committed to providing a reliable, high-quality experience, we cannot guarantee that the Services will always operate without interruption, error, delay, or technical issues.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dempsey Technologies disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee:

• That the Services will always be available without interruption.

• That every feature will function without error.

• That all defects will be corrected immediately.

• That the Services will meet every individual's expectations or objectives.

• That information provided through the Services will always be complete, accurate, or applicable to every situation.

Your use of CTRL Anger is voluntary and at your own discretion.

Personal Responsibility

CTRL Anger provides educational tools, guided exercises, AI-supported reflection, and evidence-informed emotional wellness resources.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, behaviors, relationships, and responses.

The Services are designed to support learning and self-reflection—not to direct or control personal decision-making.

Whenever appropriate, you should seek advice from qualified professionals regarding medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other matters requiring individualized professional guidance.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dempsey Technologies, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Services.

This includes, but is not limited to, damages related to:

• Loss of data.

• Lost profits.

• Business interruption.

• Emotional distress.

• Device malfunction.

• Service interruptions.

• Unauthorized account access.

• Third-party services.

• AI-generated responses.

• Reliance on educational content.

Nothing in this Agreement limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dempsey Technologies, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and representatives from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising from:

• Your violation of this Agreement.

• Your misuse of the Services.

• Your violation of applicable law.

• Your infringement of another person's rights.

• Your unauthorized use of the intellectual property of Dempsey Technologies or others.

This provision survives termination of your use of the Services where permitted by law.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles, except where superseded by applicable federal law.

Any legal action arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction as permitted by applicable law, unless an alternative dispute resolution process is agreed upon by the parties.

Nothing in this Agreement limits any consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

As CTRL Anger continues to evolve, these Terms of Use & User Agreement may be updated from time to time.

Updates may reflect:

• New features or services.

• Changes in applicable laws or regulations.

• Operational improvements.

• Security enhancements.

• Business changes.

• Product enhancements.

When material changes are made, we will provide notice through the application, our website, email, or other reasonable means where required by applicable law.

Your continued use of CTRL Anger after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Any unenforceable provision shall be interpreted or modified, where possible, to most closely reflect its original intent while remaining enforceable under applicable law.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use & User Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy, Professional Disclaimer, AI Transparency Statement, Crisis & Emergency Policy, Delete Account & Data Policy, and any additional policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dempsey Technologies regarding your use of CTRL Anger.

They supersede any prior understandings or agreements relating to the Services.
