At CTRL Anger™, we believe your personal information belongs to you.

That means you should always have meaningful control over your account and the information you choose to share with us.

Whether you've been with us for years or only a short time, we respect your decision to remain with CTRL Anger—or to leave.

If you decide your journey is taking you in a different direction, we'll do our best to make that process straightforward, transparent, and respectful.

Our Philosophy

We don't believe trust should depend on making it difficult to leave.

We believe trust is demonstrated by respecting your choices.

If you decide to delete your account, we won't hide the option.

We won't require unnecessary steps.

We won't ask you to justify your decision.

We'll simply help you complete the process as clearly and securely as possible.

How to Delete Your Account

CTRL Anger provides an in-app option to request account deletion.

To delete your account:

1. Open Settings.

2. Select Account.

3. Choose Delete My Account.

4. Review the information provided.

5. Confirm your request.

For your protection, we may ask you to verify your identity before permanently deleting your account.

This helps prevent unauthorized deletion requests.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

Once your deletion request has been verified and processed:

Your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion.

This generally includes information associated with your account such as:

• Profile information

• Journal entries

• Trigger Logs

• Accountability Check-Ins

• Calm Session history

• Progress Dashboard information

• Goals

• Personal reflections

• Michael™ conversation history associated with your account

• Other personal content stored within CTRL Anger

Once deletion is complete, this information generally cannot be recovered.

Information We May Retain

In limited circumstances, certain information may be retained for a period of time if necessary to:

• Comply with legal obligations

• Detect or prevent fraud

• Resolve disputes

• Enforce our agreements

• Protect the security and integrity of our Services

• Maintain limited backup systems during routine retention periods

Any retained information will continue to be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Premium Memberships

Deleting your CTRL Anger account does not automatically cancel subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play.

If you purchased CTRL Anger Premium through an app marketplace, you must manage your subscription directly through that marketplace.

We recommend cancelling your subscription before deleting your account if you no longer wish to be billed.
